- Sesame Seed: Sesame are originated
from different countries and is grown primarily for its
oil-rich seeds, which come in a variety of colors, from
cream-white to charcoal-black. The seeds are rich in manganese,
copper, and calcium and contain vitamin B1 (thiamine)
and vitamin E (tocopherol).

MEATS
The product is certified by the CFIA and the USDA. Our
plants are HACCP recognized (Hazard Analysis Critical Control
Point) and we also have an excellent selection of Halal
products.
- Poultry: Our product range consists
of CLQ, Whole, wings, drummettes and convenient Individually
Quick Frozen (IQF) products and our delicious breaded
chicken products.
- Pork: Pork is usually offered for sale
in the form of primal cuts, generally consisting of the
butt, picnic, belly, loin and leg. Many variations are
possible to suit your needs.
- Beef: Beef is commonly produced from
animals that are classified in terms of age as mature.
These cattle often originate from the breeding herd. Offered
form of cut are hip, loin, rib, chuck, flank/plate and
brisket/shank.
- Lamb/Mutton: Lamb/Mutton is usually
offered for sale in the form of rack, shoulder, square
cut, neck, breast, loin and leg. Many variations are possible
to suit your needs.
NATURAL CASING
All casings come packed in salt and sealed in a vacuum
pouch. All natural casings are graded by size in millimeters
and are 100 yards in length. Each of bundle casings will
produce approximately 100-125 pounds of sausage. Any unused
hog casing can be re-salted and stored under refrigeration
for over 1 year.
- Sheep: Sheep Casings are the highest
quality small diameter casings used for the finest in
sausages such as: Bockwurst, Frankfurters and Port Sausage.
- Hog: Hog casings stuff all types of
pork sausage (Italian, Polish, Southern, etc.) from fresh
to smoke.
- Beef: The three most used Beef Casings
are: Beef Bung Caps, Beef Rounds and Beef Middles.
